Digitech Park and Data Center (DPDC) Project @ Jambhul, Tal-Kalyan, Dist-Thane

MAHAPREIT as an implementing agency has taken up the execution of the prestigious project – Construction of Digitech Park and Data Center at Jambhul, Tal- Kalyan, District- Thane @ Survey Number -61/3.

Objectives- To promote socio-economic activities at Jambhul by creating a special economic zone.

Summary of Project-

Construction of work includes Design and Construction of Data Center (G+5 Floors) (providing Tier III equipment’s seamlessly upgradable to Tier IV without any disruption in Data Centre operation), Software Technology Park(G+13 Floors), Multilevel parking (G+4 Floor) on EPC mode at Survey No. 61/3, Jambhul Village in Kalyan Taluka District Thane.

Scope :- Planning, Designing and Construction of Buildings, Development works, Bulk services, Horticulture works, including Internal water supply, sanitary installation, internal Electrical installations, Firefighting, Fire Alarm system, HVAC with District cooling system, Lifts, Substation, Trial pits, bore log, foundation design, DG sets, Roof top Solar PV Power generation, IBMS, LAN, IP based EPABX system, CCTV, Access control, Audio Visual system, Solar heating system, UG sumps, Over Head Tanks, Rain water Harvesting system,    Sewage Treatment Plant, Internal roads, pathways, Parking facilities, Filtered and unfiltered water supply lines, Artificial water bodies, storm water drains, external sewerage system, Dismantling Existing Structure, service trenches etc. and their integration, making fit for occupation etc. all complete on EPC mode (Design and Build basis) at Survey No. 61/3, Jambhul Village in Kalyan Taluka District Thane.
