1. Institution of Maharashtra Agriculture Technologist (IMAT) 

The institution of Maharashtra Agriculture Technologist (IMAT) is an organization of Agricultural graduates established for knowledge sharing for farmers, policymakers, stakeholders, and students. There are about 800+ members which include officials from various development departments, academicians from the agriculture and veterinary science university, entrepreneurs, innovative farmers, and students in the state agriculture and veterinary science universities.

MAHAPREIT signed an MOU with IMAT on 29.03.2022.  IMAT is engaged as Knowledge Partner with MAHAPREIT and will work as a Key Resource Institute (KRI) with MAHAPREIT. MAHAPREIT may take expert guidance from IMAT in the field of agriculture and allied activities.

2. Environmental Research Foundation (ERAF)

Environmental Research Foundation (ERAF), a not-for-profit organization, licensed under Section-8 of the Companies Act, 2013, is a foundation for research, development, and advisory on environmentally sustainable solutions for basic services such as water supply, sanitation, waste management, energy supply, pollution control, etc., aiming to ensure a dignified lifestyle for all. 

MAHAPREIT signed an MOU with ERAF on 21.06.2021.  ERAF is engaged as Knowledge Partner with MAHAPREIT and with an objective to collaborate in the area of Environment and Renewable Energy applications for developing revenue-generating projects for the development and benefit the under-privilege classes in the domain, such as Water and Wastewater Treatment, Solid Waste Management and Environment Management.

3. Environment Management Centre (EMC)

Environment Management Centre (EMC) LLP is a strategic management consulting company established by Dr. Prasad Modak in 1996 in Mumbai, India. Over the past 25 years, we have positioned ourselves as a niche player in environmental management consulting across the globe. EMC’s expertise lies in harmonizing economic, Environmental, and social considerations in the business logic, development plans, and policy frameworks. 

MAHAPREIT has signed an MOU with Environment Management Centre (EMC) with the objective to develop Environment-related projects such as Environment & Climate Change with respect to Climate Change advisory to districts authority and Environment & Social Impact Assessment and Circular Economy Sustainability.

4. Ekonnect Knowledge Foundation (Ekonnect)

Ekonnect Knowledge Foundation (Ekonnect) was established in 2012 as a section 8 not-for-profit company, Ekonnect Knowledge Foundation (Ekonnect) offers awareness, training, education, and entrepreneurship programs in environmental management and sustainability. 

MAHAPREIT has signed an MOU with Ekonnect Knowledge Foundation to be focused on awareness-raising, training, and capacity building through activities such as joint Research & Publication, posting short-term academic programs & Managing Internship Programs.

 5. Mangrove Cell/ Mangrove Foundation of Maharashtra Forest Department -

The establishment of the Mangrove Cell initiated a series of measures for the conservation of mangroves in Maharashtra. Mangrove Cell has taken a block-by-block approach toward mangrove conservation from raising mangrove nurseries to large-scale plantations in degraded areas to conducting Clean Mangrove Campaigns to various awareness programs. 

MAHAPREIT has signed an MOU with Mangrove Foundation to protect and Conservation of Mangrove of P/N Ward of Municipal Corporation Greater Mumbai by removal of Legacy waste from the Mangrove area. Also working on other Mangrove-related projects for the Conservation of Mangroves.

6. Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL) 

BECIL is Mini Ratna, Central Public Sector Enterprise of the Government of India was established on 24th March 1995.

BECIL provides project consultancy services and turnkey solutions encompassing the entire gamut of radio and television broadcast engineering viz, content production facilities, terrestrial transmission facilities, and satellite and cable broadcasting facilities in India and abroad. It also provides associated services like building design and construction related to broadcasting, and human resource-related activities like training, and providing manpower. BECIL also undertakes the supply of specialized communication, monitoring, security, and surveillance systems to defense, police, and para-military departments.

MAHAPREIT has signed an MOU with Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited on dtd. 1st April 2022. BECIL is engaged in Advanced Metering Infrastructure Implementation. The association of two organizations w.r.t installation of Smart Meters and smart grid projects in Maharashtra and other states. BECIL and MAHAPREIT have mutually agreed to associate together to create a framework for a partnership under which the parties will implement AMI projects identified by MAHAPREIT in Maharashtra and other states.

MAHAPREIT has also signed an MOU with M/s. Broadcasting Engineering Consultants India Ltd. on 05th of April 2022. M/s. BECIL is engaged as Capex Partner with MAHAPREIT. Engaging Capex Partners is for carrying out specified projects to achieve the objectives in various verticals by investing funds and capital.  The MoU signed with types of interest areas are as follows: - a) Electric Vehicles/ E-Mobility (Supply and Installation of EV Charging Stations)

7. IntelliSmart Infrastructure Private Limited 

IntelliSmart Infrastructure Private Limited is India’s leading smart metering and digital solutions provider company for utilities. It is a joint venture of Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) and the National Infrastructure Investment Fund (NIIF), with the core purpose of being the most preferred digital partner of the utilities. IntelliSmart aims to create a difference through digital interventions in the power distribution sector of the country while shouldering the responsibility of the mass-scale rollout of smart meters under the Smart Meter National Program (SMNP).

MAHAPREIT has signed an MOU with IntelliSmart Infrastructure Private Limited on dtd. 4th April 2022. IntelliSmart is engaged for Advanced Metering Infrastructure Implementation is engaged for Advanced Metering Infrastructure Implementation. The association of two organizations w.r.t installation of Smart Meters and smart grid projects in Maharashtra and other states. IntelliSmart and MAHAPREIT have mutually agreed to associate together to create a framework for a partnership under which the parties will implement AMI projects identified by MAHAPREIT in Maharashtra and other states.

8. PUNE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION (PMC)

MAHAPREIT signed an MOU with PMC on 7th April 2022 for the Implementation of Energy savings and/or cost-saving measures on ESCO/BOT basis for the facilities such as water treatment, water supply, and its pumping station. Sewerage treatment and its pumping station, Road infrastructure, Hospitals, Schools, Gardens, Auditoriums, Office buildings, etc.

PMC has allotted the work to MAHAPREIT as a Strategic Partner for carrying out consulting services, Design Strategy, Planning, and Preparation of the details project report. Implementation of energy-saving and/or cost-saving measures on an ESCO/BOT basis. PMC & MAHAPREIT have mutually agreed to associate together to create a framework for a partnership under which the Parties will implement ESCO Project to PMC. 

 9. M/s. BVG Clean Energy Ltd. (A Bharat Vikas Group Company): -

BVG India Limited Incepted in 1997, it is a responsible and visionary organization that aims to contribute to India’s overall growth and progress. Currently, BVG India’s focus service areas include integrated facility management, emergency response services, solid waste management, and special projects. What once sprouted as a tiny sapling has now transformed into a massive tree with broader coverage and stronger roots.

MAHAPREIT has signed an MOU with M/s. BVG Clean Energy Ltd. on 12th of April 2022. M/s. BVG Clean Energy Ltd is engaged as Capex Partner with MAHAPREIT. Engaging Capex Partners is for carrying out specified projects to achieve the objectives in various verticals by investing funds and capital.  The MoU was signed with the following objective: 

Renewable Energy: -a) Electric Vehicles/ E Mobility b) Conversion of Old petrol/Diesel vehicles to electric and clean fuel for Govt./Semi Govt Organizations c)Supply of E-Vehicles and Fleet Management d)Solar Park.

Affordable Housing And other categories - such as Agriculture and allied Produce, Process and Value Addition, etc., and as decided by the Company. Waste to resource for wastewater, E-Waste, Waste to Energy Project, Supply of CNG/CBG, Energy Transition Projects, Energy Audit.

 10. Nagpur Municipal Corporation:

MoU signed between MAHAPREIT & Nagpur Municipal Corporation, associate for identification of the area of projects such as Energy Savings Cost Saving ESCO Project, Renewable Energy Projects, E-Mobility, Waste to Energy projects, Environments Related Projects, Infrastructure Projects, Affordable Housing, any other Projects as the requirement arises.  Hence NMC and MAHAPREIT have mutually agreed to associate together to create a framework for a partnership under which the Parties will implement the Projects of NMC.

11. M/s Rural Electrification Corporation Limited (REC)

REC is a Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Power, it is a leading infrastructure finance company providing financial assistance to state electricity boards, state governments, central/state power utilities, independent power producers, rural electric cooperatives, and private sector utilities through our extensive network of 22 offices across the country.

MAHAPREIT has signed MOU with M/s. Rural Electrification Corporation Limited (REC) on the 22nd of August 2022 & engaged as Capex Partner with MAHAPREIT for carrying out specified projects to achieve the objectives in various verticals by providing financial assistance to various types of projects. 

12. M/s. Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC): -

PFC is under the administrative control of the Ministry of Power. PFC has conferred the title of a 'Maharatna CPSE' in Oct.,2021, and was classified as an Infrastructure Finance Company by the RBI on 28th July,2010 plays a crucial role in the rise of India as a global player.

MAHAPREIT signed MoU on the 22nd of August 2022 & engaged as Capex Partner with MAHAPREIT for carrying out specified projects to achieve the objectives in various verticals by providing financial assistance to various types of projects.

13. M/s. INDIAN RENEWABLE ENERGY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY LIMITED (IREDA)

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) is a Mini Ratna (Category I) Government of India Enterprise under the administrative control of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE). IREDA is a Public Limited Government Company established as a Non-Banking Financial Institution in 1987 engaged in promoting, developing and extending financial assistance for setting up projects relating to new and renewable sources of energy and energy efficiency/conservation with the motto: “ENERGY FOREVER”

MAHAPREIT has signed MOU on the 21st of August 2022 & engaged as Capex Partner with MAHAPREIT for carrying out specified projects to achieve the objectives in various verticals by providing financial assistance to various types of projects.

14. CONVERGENCE ENERGY SERVICES LIMITED (CESL): -

Convergence Energy Services Limited (CESL) is a newly established subsidiary of state-owned Energy Efficiency Services Limited, itself a joint venture of public sector companies under the Ministry of Power, Government of India. CESL is focused on delivering clean, affordable, and reliable energy. Convergence focuses on energy solutions that lie at the confluence of renewable energy, electric mobility, and climate change. It builds upon the decentralized solar development experience in under-served rural communities in India, and over time, using battery energy storage will deliver renewable energy solutions to power agricultural pumps, street lighting, domestic lighting, and cooking appliances in villages. CESL will also work to enable battery-powered electric mobility and its infrastructure and design business models to increase the uptake of electric vehicles in India.

MAHAPREIT has signed MOU with M/s. CONVERGENCE ENERGY SERVICES LIMITED on 9th Sept. 2021 and engaged as CAPEX partner.

The main objective of executing this MoU is to synergize business development relations across energy transition solutions in the state of Maharashtra and to explore future opportunities in the field of clean energy and sustainable energy.

15. ENERGY EFFICIENCY SERVICES LIMITED (EESL): -

Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) is a Super Energy Service Company (ESCO), which enables consumers, industries, and governments to effectively manage their energy needs through energy-efficient technologies. EESL is implementing the world’s largest energy efficiency portfolio across sectors like lighting, buildings, industry electric mobility, smart metering, agriculture, etc. at an enormous scale. Founded in 2009, EESL is promoted by the Ministry of Power, Government of India as a Joint Venture of four reputed public-sector undertakings NTPC Limited, Power Finance Corporation Limited, REC Limited, and POWERGRID Corporation of India Limited.

Mahatma Phule Backward Class Development Corporation Limited (MPBCDCL) has signed MOU with M/s. ENERGY EFFICIENCY SERVICES LIMITED (EESL) on 4th of Dec 2020 & engaged as a Technical Partner for providing technical support to maintain EV Chargers Since 1918, Panasonic has offered long-lasting products with better safety and comfort to customers worldwide. With nearly a century of experience in research and development of smarter electrical solutions for homes and industries, Panasonic Corporation has emerged as a global leader in Lighting, Energy, and Indoor Air Quality.

 16. M/s. PANASONIC LIFE SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.

 MAHAPREIT has signed MOU with M/s. PANASONIC LIFE SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED on the 29th of   August 2022 & engaged as Capex Partner with MAHAPREIT for carrying out specified projects to achieve the objectives in various verticals by investing funds and capital.  The MoU was signed with types of interest areas as follows: - Renewable Energy: - a) Electric Vehicles/ E-Mobility (Supply and Installation of EV Charging Station) b) Solar Parks and lighting systems. 

17.     The National Centre for Hadron therapy in Oncology (CNAO)

In Pavia, Italy is a non-profit, innovative, and technologically advanced foundation established in 2001. The CNAO has been established and is mainly financed by the Italian Ministry of Health. The development of this hadron therapy center has been based on a collaboration between highly qualified clinical and research institutes, such as CERN, INFN, GSI, LPSC, and many others in the most advanced techniques and procedures of hadron therapy. CNAO is the only centre in Italy that uses adron therapy with both protons and carbon ions to treat tumours. There are only 6 facilities around the world that can do so. CNAO is one of them. Hadron therapy is an advanced system of radiotherapy that uses protons and carbon ions instead of X-rays to treat tumor cells. Hadron therapy is particularly suited to treat radio-resistant tumors- those tumors that do not respond to the X-rays used by traditional radiotherapy- or surgically inoperable tumors.

Hadron therapy is included in the list of treatments covered by the Italian National Health Service since l January 2014.  CNAO has furthermore initiated "The Hadron Academy" program of research, leading to PhDs in collaboration with IUSS (Pavia, Italy) and the University of Cagliari (Italy). 

This initiative is in line with the government’s leadership towards improved health of the population, improved patient experience of care, and reduced cost of cancer care. The Parties recognize that this LOI is a general overview regarding the roles of the individual parties in this proposal, with the intention to proceed further in the discussion towards a more formal agreement between the parties.

18. Kamma Gear Flywheel Pvt. Ltd-

Kamma Gear Flywheel Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the companies act 2013, has its head office at, Secunderabad Telangana presented through its authorised representative Dr. Srinivas Bhaskar Chaganti. KAMMA GEAR FLYWHEEL PVT. LTD. is engaged in the business of Green Hydrogen and Green Power Generation implementation and MAHAPREIT is engaged in the business of renewable energy and infrastructure works. 

MHAPREIT has signed MoU with M/s Kamma Gear Flywheel Pvt. Ltd. on 06th September 2022. The objective of this MoU is Green Energy and Green Hydrogen generation. 

MHAPREIT has signed an agreement with M/s Kamma Gear Flywheel Pvt. Ltd. on 17th October 2022. The objective of this agreement is an Expression of Interest offered by M/s Gujrat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited at Dahej, Gujrat establishing the pulse-based flywheel power generation technology and purchase of 20MW power.

19. The Pune Knowledge Cluster (PKC) 

has been set up by the Principal Scientific Advisor (PSA), Government of India & administered through Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and Astro-Physics (IUCAA), Pune with aims to bring together academia, R & D institutions and the Industry of Pune and its surrounding areas, to address challenging problems of the region through innovative means, using scientific knowledge and engaging highly skilled human resources. 

MAHAPREIT entered into MoU with PKC, Pune on 4th Nov 2022 with the objective to collaborate on the Projects in  Emerging Technologies and areas of mutual interest.

20. Steinbeis Centre for Technology Transfer 

is a Network Centre of Steinbeis GmbH & Co. KG Technologies, Germany, transfer under agreement with 2E Knowledge Ventures Pvt. Ltd. With this partnership, Steinbeis India has seamless access to over 1200 Technology Centres, 6000+ Experts doing more than 10000 Projects in 53 countries around the world. Renewable Energy, Energy Storage, Carbon Management Technologies and emerging technologies are some of the big focus areas. Steinbeis is involved in several Pilot Projects, Clusters and Technology Development and Transfer Projects and Consortiums in Germany and Europe. Steinbeis India has also recently been taken as a member of the Joint Indo-German Taskforce on Hydrogen Technology. Steinbeis India has over 10 Network Centres in India in Engineering Colleges and with consultants in the area of Entrepreneurship, IT, Industry 4.0, Carbon Management, Manufacturing & Resource Efficiency and New Energy technologies. Steinbeis is also an MoU partner of the Department of Heavy Industries Govt. of India, ESSCI. SCGJ, Council for Scientific and Industrial Research and several other Institutions including NITs, and IITs. Steinbeis India is also networked with Technology Transfer Organisations in over 10 countries directly. Steinbeis India also operates Steinbeis Global Technology Accelerator with partners from 6 countries. MAHAPREIT has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with M/s Steinbeis Centre for Technology Transfer India (A Unit of 2E Knowledge Ventures Pvt. Ltd), Hyderabad on 17th Oct 2022 for Establishing Indo-German Hydrogen Energy Equipment Manufacturing Industry Cluster in Maharashtra State.

21. Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL), public sector undertaking is responsible for Management and Operation of rail link between Mumbai and Mangalore along the Konkan coast. KRCL handles both passenger and freight traffic on this busy segment. MAHAPREIT has entered into an MOU with KRCL on 14th Nov 2022. MAHAPREIT and Konkan Railway Corporation Limited is planning to develop a common user integrated packhouse/Cold Storage facility for Mango and Other items adjoining Ratnagiri Railway Station and Proposed Container Terminal for facilitating export of fresh Mango and Mango Pulp.

22. Andhra Pradesh Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organisation Limited (APITCO Ltd.):

Andhra Pradesh Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organisation Limited (APITCO Ltd.) is established in 1976 is a leading technical consultancy organization offering services in areas such as skill development, entrepreneurship, industrial cluster development, project management, and energy management. Backed by financial institutions, state corporations, and public sector banks, APITCO caters to government bodies, industries, and society at large with its expertise in technical and developmental consultancy. 

MAHAPREIT has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with APITCO to collaborate on sustainable development and decarbonization projects. This partnership focuses on renewable energy, energy efficiency, electric mobility, urban planning, and infrastructure development, aiming to enhance project execution capabilities and promote long-term environmental and economic benefits.
